Jack Nadel is an international entrepreneur and author who founded, acquired and operated more than a dozen successful companies. He is now dedicated to helping non-profit organizations raise funds using many of the motivational skills acquired in the competitive markets of the world. The concept that resonates with him is to provide entertainment that is inspirational, educational, and fun.
Jack created KEEP THE MUSIC PLAYING specifically for non-profit organizations. As producer of a show that combines an original score with music that has personified the American Dream, he has created an entertainment package that can successfully put fun into fundraising and musical education. The show is sponsored by The Nadel Foundation.

Joel is enjoying a multi-faceted international career. As an entertainer he has appeared in the Spoleto Festival of Two Worlds in Italy, The Chelsea Festival in London, The Four Winds Festival in Australia, and the Weill Recital Hall of Carnegie Hall in New York.
Joel's motivational performance Keep The Music Playing, underwritten by the Nadel Foundation, has played in Santa Barbara, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. He is the recipient of The Lincoln Center Award, The Bistro Award from Backstage magazine, and two MAC awards as Singer-Instrumentalist of the Year from the Manhattan Association of Cabarets.
As a special event director/producer. Mr. Silberman's credits include People for the American Way Foundation's Spirit of Liberty Awards (New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC's Kennedy Center, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco and Austin); The Manhattan Theatre Club's 30th Anniversary Spring Gala; Broadway Applauds Lincoln Center; Ignite the Light for UNICEF (The Royal Hall, London) and Leonard Bernstein's A Classic Evening for AIDS Research (The Public Theatre, New York).
As a director Mr. Silberman's credits include Musical Theatre: A Woman of Will (off Broadway and the Rubicon Theatre); A Time for Love (Rubicon Theatre); Opera: La Boheme, Lucretia Borgia, Il Barbiere de Seville (Philadelphia); The Old Maid and The Thief, The Impressario (Tel Aviv). He serves as Artistic Director for the O'Neill Theatre Center's Cabaret and Performance Conference. He is currently a Media/Communications Consultant for People For the American Way Foundation and the National Women's Law Center in Washington, DC.
Julie Loshin Nadel was Co-Founder and President of Parties Plus, a Los Angeles Catering and Event Producing company. Among Julie’s clients were Columbia Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox and HBO. She also did events for the National Football League and the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. Julie was named Woman of the Year by the professional organization, Who’s Who in Professional and Executive Women in 1987.
She is presently the Executive Director of The Nadel Foundation, which her husband founded in 1990 and, through their philanthropic efforts, help increase the quality of life.
